We are looking for a talented Implementation Consultant who helps us to support the project management team with delivery projects & services based on our Genedata Biologics® and Genedata Bioprocess® products. Scientists across the globe work with our highly innovative platforms in order to develop new, groundbreaking treatments for the most severe diseases. The Genedata Biologics® and Genedata Bioprocess® platforms play an essential role in this goal by allowing researchers to make data-driven decisions on lead drug candidates and on finding the most optimal conditions for the production of new drugs faster. As part of an established team, you will enable these scientists to fulfill their mission, and bring drugs to the market quicker and at lower cost.
Genedata Biologics® and Genedata Bioprocess® represent the backbone of the data capturing and analysis workflows of the most important Biopharma and Biotech companies in the world. As Implementation Consultant, you will be a valuable member of the service-delivering team and support the execution of numerous ongoing projects in parallel. Furthermore, you will design and support the implementation of new workflows based on customer needs.
This position is based at our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. We understand the importance of a positive work environment and give employees the opportunity to learn and grow professionally.
As a member of an established team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing and documentation of innovative solutions implemented on top of Genedata Biologics® and Genedata Bioprocess® platforms. You will conceptualize projects and support them until their successful implementation and roll out at a customer side. Furthermore, you will support novel product development using the experience from new customer projects and your creativity.
You will support multiple geographies and coordinate closely with experts from our software development and professional services teams to sell new projects and to drive the development of our products. This role offers a unique opportunity for a junior candidate to gain insights into the complex processes of leading Biopharma organizations, while helping clients to significantly accelerate the drug discovery and development process at the same time.
